One of the most important factors in building management is transparently showing where the collected funds are spent. Residents have the right to know which works their service fees are used for.
What does the service fee cover?
Collection fees gathered in residential complexes usually cover the following expenses:
- Salaries of technical staff (manager, reception, supervisor, cleaner, etc.).
- Monthly technical maintenance of elevators.
- Service for chiller and fan-coil systems.
- Service for early warning and fire safety systems.
- Cleaning and lighting of common areas.
- Transportation of household waste.
- Landscaping and greening works, etc.
As SABAH FMS, at the end of each quarter, we present a detailed report on income and expenses to residents in closed groups or in the form of SMS notifications via the app.
Management from a single center, cost savings and optimization, and ensuring transparency lead to an increase in financial resources, which in turn supports the formation of a reserve fund to insure against future risks.
