According to the Housing Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the general assembly of residents has the right to choose the form of management.
Types of management
According to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, buildings can be managed in three ways:
- Directly by the property owners.
- By a Housing Owners Joint Society (HOA).
- By a management organization (professional organizations like SABAH FMS).
As SABAH FMS, when we take over building management, we provide technical support for all legal procedures to be fully transparent and lawful.
According to the Code: Within one month after building construction is complete and ownership of more than 50% of units is transferred to members, a decision must be made to convert to an HOA.
