Procedure for Holding a General Assembly

According to the Housing Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the general assembly of residents has the right to choose the form of management.

Types of management

According to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, buildings can be managed in three ways:

• Directly by the property owners.
• By a Housing Owners Joint Society (HOA).
• By a management organization (professional organizations like SABAH FMS).

As SABAH FMS, when we take over building management, we provide technical support for all legal procedures to be fully transparent and lawful.
