On September 26, 2023, a round table meeting was held at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Sumgayit regarding the management of multi-apartment residential buildings in the real estate sector of Azerbaijan. The event featured Mr. Klaus Dillinger, a leading official of the Ludwigshafen City Hall (Germany) and Executive Director of the Ludwigshafen Economic Development Society (WEG), along with Mr. Michael Lung, a delegation from the Sumgayit City Executive Power, and several entrepreneurs.
The event began with a minute of silence to honor the memory of the martyrs who heroically sacrificed their lives during the 44-day Patriotic War while liberating our occupied territories from the enemy.
During the round table, participants emphasized the continuation of friendship ties between Sumgayit (Azerbaijan) and Ludwigshafen (Germany), which date back more than 40 years. They highlighted the importance of future cooperation and exchange of experience in real estate management, environmental protection, and the development of the non-oil sector. At the end of the event, a banquet was held in honor of the guests at the invitation of Zakir Farajov, Head of the Sumgayit City Executive Power.
